We strategically partner with employers facing housing challenges in their local market and help them evaluate a variety of options. Ranging from master leasing existing market inventory in order to control supply, to launching a ground-up development project — every market is unique.
When new housing development is the answer, Olivai may (or may not) be the solution.
Oldivai brings an established design template, that leverages factory based modular construction to drive down costs and accelerate the development process. We first define the market need and leverage our modular toolkit to rapidly create a schematic design concept for the project. Only then do we begin looking at site selection. This the opposite of many traditional design processes that start with a parcel of dirt and asks “what can we build”. Oldivai starts with design and asks “where should we build”. We partner with employers to define which is the right strategy for their unique market.
